殘暴的「伊斯蘭國」發布將人質斬首的最新影片，劊子手竟然是不到10歲的男童。據信這是IS首次命令兒童砍割人質頭顱，喪心病狂，令人髮指。

IS近來越來越常指使兒童處決人質，但要孩童持刀斬首則前所未見。本月初，IS旗下一群12來歲的娃娃兵，在敘利亞中部霍姆斯省古城帕米拉古羅馬劇場遺址內集體處決敘國政府軍俘虜，眾人用手槍朝跪於跟前的士兵後腦射擊。

總部設在倫敦的「敘利亞人權觀察組織」公布IS娃兵斬首影片，被虐殺的人質是原本守衛帕米拉的敘軍指揮官。

IS在5月攻占帕米拉，屠殺逾400名軍民。

影片中，IS戰士迫使雙手反綁的指揮官趴在地上，男童跨站於其背台中英語補習班 苗栗英語補習班 新竹英語補習班後，用右手拉扯後腦頭髮，然後左手持小刀將脖子割斷。接著，男童高舉人質首級，冷血地望著記錄暴行的攝影機，令人不寒而慄。

影片終了前，IS還嗆聲說：「我們的目標不僅是帕米拉、霍姆斯省或大馬士革，且要征服耶路撒冷與羅馬。」
